The Department of Revenue's Division of Taxation and Collection administers and collects the different types of taxes and fees that the state of Missouri imposes.

The Secretary of State administers and collects the corporate organization, qualification, and annual fees, made payable to the Director of Revenue. The Secretary of State also collects the corporate franchise tax. The Corporation Division can be contacted by phone at 573-751-4153.
