We at the Business Owner’s Toolkit want you to be happy with the purchase you made via the Toolkit Store. While we hope you will love our offerings, if you need to make a return, we make the process easy.
Toolkit Media Group Book Returns
In order to return a Toolkit Media Group book purchased via the Toolkit Store, email customerservice@toolkit.com or call customer service at 866-981-2677 (Mon-Fri 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM CT) to request a return and a postage-paid shipping label.
You will need to provide your name, email address, phone number, Toolkit Store order number (which can be found on the order confirmation email you received at the time you purchased the book), and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will then be in contact to provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for you to use when returning your book to Toolkit Media Group.
To be eligible for a refund, you must return the book within 30-days of purchase, and the book must be in the original condition.
Returns by Mail
A return fee of $6 will be deducted from your refund.
You may request a postage-paid shipping label by following the instructions provided at the beginning of this page. If you choose not to use our postage-paid shipping label, you may use the shipping method of your choice, but we recommend that you use a trackable shipping method, as Toolkit Media Group is not responsible for returns never received.

Packaging
Follow these instructions to package your return and ship it to us:
- Use the same package in which you received your book. If it is not in proper condition, use a new padded envelope or box to return your book.
- Include inside the envelope or box a paper with your name, email address, phone number, and Toolkit Store order number.
- Affix your pre-printed label, or if you are using your own method affix a label with the return address noted above. Make sure no other labels or tracking labels are showing on your packaging.
- Drop off the package at your nearest FedEx drop off location or call for a FedEx pick up if you are using a pre-printed return-label. If you are using your own packaging, drop off the package with the appropriate carrier.
